Return Policy

30 Day Returns

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please note however that edible gourmet food items are final sales and non-returnable.

Item Condition

All returned items must be in new and unused condition in order to receive a refund. "New and unused" means the items must be in their original packaging and original condition with labels still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you. All sales become final after 30 days from receipt of shipment.

RMA Number

Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please email us with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and return reason. An RMA will be emailed back to you along with the shipping address for the return. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Ship the item(s) back with a copy of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, include your name, RMA and order number. Also, please mark the outside of your box with the RMA number. We recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track. Please keep your shipping record and/or receipt in case you need to track the return shipment.


All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipment

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible via email or call us at 866-629-0300 and we will resolve the problem.
